Renée herself has trained many younger stylists giving them the tools to succeed and be at the top of their game in this competitive industry. Along with being a visionary cutter Renée’s knowledge of color allows her to create beautiful shades to match any skin tone. She believes in creating harmony through out both the color and cut. Being part owner of enV Salon Color Bar Renée has been able to make her dream salon come to life. Sharing her vision of perfection shows in all aspects; from the way the business is run, to each strand of hair she embraces. Renée is a veteran stylist who knows what it takes and delivers the best.

Having grown up in Apex, Erica Haase is excited to be opening her dream business in the heart of the downtown area. Erica has been trained by and assisted some of the most respected and talented stylist in the industry. She stays up-to-date on the latest trends and styles while always perfecting the classic looks.

For the past three years Erica has been working for the Goldwell team as a part-time educator. Along with receiving the latest education available, she also teaches to other stylists on her days from behind the chair at Goldwell. Erica believes education is the backbone of any great stylist.

Her extensive training allows her to be able to achieve the perfect shade and tone for any client who sits in her chair. Her creative eye helped her place 4th in the nation last year in the Goldwell Color Challenge. Erica has also competed at the Mid-West Beauty Show and North American Hairstyling Awards and won against competitors from all over the world. Competitive work, fashion shoots, and editorial looks are some of Erica's passions.

Whether it is is a subtle change, or a dramatic makeover, she is always up for a challenge. Her goal is to create the hair her clients have always wanted.

Melissa Digregorio has been working in the hair industry for almost 8 years now. Straight out of high school, she pursued her passion in cosmetology school in Central New Jersey. She was extensively trained as a Redken colorist. Her close proximity to New York City made it possible for her to take a wide variety of cutting edge classes.

Her specialties include long layered cuts, multi-dimensional color, and the ultimate blow out that will last for days. Not only will her talent exceed your expectations, but her quality of work will have everyone asking “who did your hair?”

Making the move to North Carolina, took Melissa’s education and training on a new path. She received training with Goldwell the top color brand in the industry from one of the nation’s leading trainers. At enV her dream of finding a salon to make a home was finally realized. Her dedication to the art and incredible ability bringing out the best in people both physically and mentally will have you returning again and again. She embodies the enV experience!

With 24 years of salon experience she has developed trend setting and dynamic hairstyles through the interactive use of color and cutting techniques.

Specialization is a guarantee of quality. Educated by Erik of Norway, Jennifer is an expert in shear and razor cutting techniques. While at school she was the recipient of a number of cutting and styling awards. Jennifer believes it is vital to stay on the cutting edge of new fashion trends. Continuing education is essential in achieving that goal. She has trained with major hair artists in both Chicago and New York, expanding her cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.

Jennifer sold her salon in Wisconsin to relocate with her family to North Carolina. Once here her search began for the perfect salon, a salon that shared all the values and passion she has for her craft and clientele. It is her belief that at enV she will be able to build on her talken and passion to help her clients discover their "new horizons." Whether you are looking for precision cut or one of her signature cuts such as the "rock star." maybe a new color or perhaps just some subtle hightlights, Jennifer will make your experience one that you will truly enjoy and leave you envied.

As a North Carolina native, Somar began her training with intense color and cutting classes in Redken 5th Avenue. She spent time in Miami’s South Beach for training with Color USA. Her international cut training with Vidal Sassoon took her to both London and Scotland. She has been looking for a home and finally settled in with the staff at enV Salon Color Bar.

Her focus is on creating a lasting rapport with her clients by providing a comfortable environment as well as a perfect cut and color. She listens to her clients and creates lasting styles that will keep for days and color that will match not only the persons face but also personality.
